Rant. Sort of.

So it's been a while since I've blogged. I've been trying to think of what to write and I'm still debating if it's worth blogging but it doesn't really matter since I don't really care who reads my blog or not.
Anyways, this week has been.....sucky.
We're doing volleyball in gym and let's just say that I suck at it. But then again, I'm not the sportiest person since the first time I played soccer, I fell and broke my arm so.... I can't volley, my serves barely get over the net. I'll do a good serve and then the next will probably hit someone in the head. I don't jump high enough spike and I'm just too lazy to learn the "proper" way to. So all that's left is bumping. It's alright but I  just keep hurting my wrists. I wear a watch and a bunch of bracelets. I'm aware that I shouldn't wear them but the bracelets I wear are friendship bracelets and are hard to take off since the knots are really tight and the strings are too short to untie and tie again so I have to keep them on. But since it's a short week since we have Friday off, we have ALC (Active Learning Center) on Thursdays (tomorrow) and we had a test and played dodgeball on Monday, we basically have two days of volleyball and we don't have a unit test so I guess it's alright :)
Speaking of gym class, we listen to music while we run and play and the music we listen to are on this girl's iPod or BlackBerry and it's the same songs over and over again. One of them is One Direction's "What Makes You Beautiful." I'm not going to lie, it's a catchy song. But it's one of those songs that's catchy, but gets super annoying after a while. And to be honest, it's not really a song that guys want to hear, either, since we have gym class with the guys, too, once in a while. And it's definetly not a song that you want to hear while you're running or playing a sport and you get all sweaty. Unless you're one of those people who barely move at all in gym class to avoid getting pit stains. Another song is Backstreet Boys. 'Nuff said. The rest are rap with dirty lyrics and basically...music that I don't really listen to.
Wow. I just realized that I started this blog saying that this week has been really sucky and all I've talked about is gym class and the music we have to listen during gym class. So now I'm moving on to French, since my other classes are actually decent.
Yesterday, we were given a project to create a bucket list, translate it and then make it into a poster and give illustrations that looked "nice" with colours and it was supposed to be due at the end of class THE NEXT DAY. Now, I'm not the only one who thought that was bullcrap. So we were working on the projects today and none of us were close to done so we convince our teacher to give us an extension which is a good thing but wait. My friend, who I shall not name, said that now we had an extra day, we could play Trivial Pursuit. I know, we are so cool :P So I was asking questions and the class was really loud and we were sitting at the back of the room so I figured that our sub (yes, we had a sub and we convinced him that we should have an extension on our project) wouldn't hear us playing over the cacophony. But I was wrong. He told me that I shouldn't be playing Trivial Pursuit when our projects were due the next day. He didn't yell at me or anything so I thought it was just a warning so it wasn't a big deal to me. But now, I spent about an hour working on my project at home. And I'm a perfectionist when it comes to projects, with drawings, so I feel like I should spend every detail on the drawings but since we didn't get a lot of time to work on it, I basically rushed and now, the drawings don't look like something that I worked on so I think it looks pretty bad. Hopefully we don't get graded on our artistic...ness but hey, at least I got it done.
